ABC Model 108 Bulk Bottle Depalletizer is designed for automatic depalletization with a sweep-off configuration. Built to A-B-C standard design, it features a heavy-duty main frame with a counterweighted elevator. The elevator's vertical motion is frequency-driven with a top-of-pallet sensor and encoder for tool-less changeover between various container heights. The machine includes features such as four-side tier sheet containment, automatic stabilizing mechanisms, and container control with a self-adjusting front stabilizer bar. Equipped with Allen Bradley PowerFlex 525 VFDs, a stainless steel stripper plate, and an Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC with Ethernet communication, it ensures precision and reliability. The depalletizer is user-friendly, with onscreen selection for container height and an Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 7-1000 HMI for operator controls and diagnostics. It accommodates diverse bottle sizes, reaching a speed of approximately 300 bpm on 1/2 gallon rounds and 425 bpm on 13 oz rounds, making it a versatile solution for depalletization needs.
