Complete PET blow molding and Aseptic Bottling facility including Sidel blow molder, Mitsubishi aseptic filling & capping system, Sidel rotary labeler, (2) Hartness GlobalPack overwrappers and Hartness robotic palletizing system. The plant is also set up for beverage blending and pasteurization including a Feldmeier blend tank room with 13,000 gallons of jacketed mixing capacity and Tetra Pak tubular pasteurizer with Alsafe aseptic tank system, inline carbonation and sterile water generator. Also includes a complete boiler room with (4) Miura 200 HP high pressure boilers, Walker 10,000 & 30,000 gallon silos, CIP system, Evoqua carbon bed filter tanks, 30,000 gallon propane tank, Kohler 100 kW generator, air scrubber and more. The equipment was installed in 2015 and never put into production. All equipment is ultra sanitary and in like new condition.
