Stainless Steel High Shear Mixer, manufactured by All-Trans Enterprise, Model SMG-100, 304 stainless steel construction, 35-85 liter working capacity, 100 liter total volume. Mixer is driven by 5.5 kW / 7.5 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a ratio of 10:1 and output RPM of 180. Chopper is driven by 2.9 kW / 4HP, 3450 RPM motor, 220 Volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Top of bowl measures 21-1/2" diameter and bottom of bowl measures 27" diameter, 11" straight side. Mixer blades measure 27" diameter x 2-1/2" x 1". Chopper blades measure 6" diameter x 3-7/8" x 1/2". Features a 4" bottom side discharge with an air actuated valve. Manufactured in 2009.
