Lab Size Double Drum Dryer, drums measure 4" diameter X 9-1/4" face, including Johnson steam joints to stainless steel drums with cut off knife. Drums driven by Reeves variable speed drive motor, approximately 1/2 HP, 230/460V, 1725 RPM, 3/60 Hz motor thru gear reducer. Complete with under-mounted blower piped to sprays bars on the outside of each drum. Includes (2) steam traps. Unitized on stainless steel frame with casters. Previously used to test drying 1 gallon batches of fruit puree, applied manually. Could be used to test dry any wet slurry.
