Jacketed self-contained gas fired kettle, manufactured by Cleveland, model number KGL-40, 40 gallon capacity. Unit has 316 stainless steel contacts. Bowl measures 26" diameter X 21" deep with 3" side-bottom discharge. Jacket rated for 50 PSI @ 298 degree Fahrenheit. Includes top hinged lid. Previously used in food operation.
