Screw blancher, measures 36" diameter x 14' long, all stainless steel construction, 11" spacing between screw flights, has (7) 1" diameter liquid steam injection ports on each side of trough, (14) total, with interconnecting piping. Includes 13" x 10-1/2" end feed opening with manual slide gate, 9" x 10" solids discharge with 15" long perforated chute & (4) 4" diameter liquid drains extending along bottom of trough. Complete with (4) hinged covers (cover at feed end has 30" x 15" opening). With sprocket at drive end, (less drive). Very good condition.
