New double ribbon mixer, 35 CF working capacity, heavy duty, polished 304 stainless steel contacts, 64" long x 33" wide x 36" deep, 4mm shell thickness, stainless steel trough with mirror interior finish. Includes 2-piece hinged cover with backrest and safety grates. 3-3/4" diameter. Solid stainless steel shaft, 50mm wide x 12mm thick outer ribbon, 50mm wide x 10mm thick inner ribbon, mixer is driven by 20 HP gearhead, washdown motor, thru rollerchain & sprocket. Ribbons rotate at 37 RPM. Motor is an SEW IP55/IE3 UL rated drive. Mixer has a 6" center bottom discharge, knife style pneumatic slide gate, 24-3/4" discharge height. Stainless steel frame & legs.
