Rolls are smooth and measure 5" diameter X 2" wide, with maximum roll force of 9.4 tons, ross force rated for 3 tons. Capacity of 25 to 250 pounds per hour. Infeed hopper measures 9" x 8" x 15", bottom side discharge measures 2-1/2" x 18". Single screw feed driven by a variable speed 1 HP motor. Drive rolls driven by variable speed 1.5 HP 3/60/230-460V motor. Includes control panel with start/stop switches. Includes hand operated hydraulic pump with manual pressure adjustment.
