GEA-Niro Falling Film Evaporator with mechanical vapor re-compression (MVR), Single Effect with two (2) Vapor Separators and Flash Cooler. Rated at approximately 35,000 pounds per hour of evaporation on whey. Still installed with 300 HP Niro compressor, pumps, piping & controls. Last used in Dairy Co-op, dismantled, reinstalled, and never used. Compressor was rebuilt with all new wear parts. Unit rebuilt in 2008, never operated. Sanitary Stainless construction with C.I.P. System. Compressor Model Number NA51D, Serial number 017. New in 1990. Small boiler for start-up, Serial number 1-9421-A.
