Cemco Turbo vertical shaft impact crusher, VSI, model MDEV80, Turbo80. Crushing chamber measures 6' diameter X 4' high sidewall, with 35" diameter Superchipper rotor assembly. Product is fed through 15" diameter center top opening thru rotor with 12" x 8" openings, spreading feed material into crushing chamber. Inside wall includes heavy duty anvil ring with stationary anvils along circumference of chamber. Rotor is driven by twin drives, 250 HP and 150 HP (460 volt, 1785 RPM, 3/60Hz) thru V-belt assemblies, connected to common sheave. Product discharges through 36" x 15" split discharges. Top cover is removeable with swing assembly, controlled by manually operated hydraulic cylinder. Serial# 4156.
