Used Urschel Model 30 crosscut slicer, ideal for elongated products, previously used on green beans. Product drops into narrow cutting pockets and then pass through stationary knives. Can be used on other products such as asparagus, carrots, celery, rhubard, okra, etc. Maxiumum feed size is 8" in length. In working condition when removed from service.
