Unit features continuous operation for uninterrupted production and simplified maintenance. Capable of accepting potatoes up to 9" in length. Includes easily adjustable slicing gate to control slice thickness. Last processing French Fries; includes cut sizes 3/8", 1/2", shoestring, and 5/8". Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters. Unit is in very good working condition.
