Incalfer continuous fryer, rated for 175 lbs/hr on kettle potato chips, oil capacity is 85 gallons, heating system is through a heat exchanger submerged in the oil. All 304 stainless steel contact parts. Belt driven by 2 HP motor. System includes agitation with SEW gearmotors, FESTO pneumatically operated discharge gate, discharge conveyor, thermal insulating coating, Metler pressurized automatic burner rated for 250,000 Kcal/hr, 2-flame powers (high & low flame) and Allen Bradley PLC with automatic operation timer. Each fryer will be custom fabricated for customer's requirements.
