HTST Pasteurization equipment consisting of APV Hydraulic Plate Type Heat Exchanger, Model CR5, serial number 21039. Unit contains approximately approximately (350) 316 stainless steel plates measuring 16" wide X 60" long for a total heat transfer surface area of approximately 2,300 square feet. System includes ITT Standard Hot Water Set with shell and tube heat exchanger rated for 150 PSI MAWP at 375 degrees Fahrenheit to negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Set includes 7.5 HP Centrifugal Pump with 3" in/out, includes steam trap. System previously used in dairy operation.
