Fomaco Brine Needle Injector, Model FGM54 SC M2, serial number 11539. Belt Conveyor measures 27" wide X 72" long with approximately 9" clearance. Includes two rows of (27) Injecting Needles. Includes Fomaco Model FM 80 Pump with 1-1/2" in/out. Complete with Schneider Digital Readout. Offered with stainless steel filter system, 11" diameter X 19" long screen, mounted inside basin measuring 21" X 45" X 15" deep with 2" diameter discharge. Mounted on stainless steel legs with casters. Previously used in food operation. It was probably used for whole muscle chicken breast and beef skirt meat.
