Groen stainless steel 20 gallon jacketed kettle. Bowl measures 20" diameter x 20" deep, with 1-1/4" center bottom outlet leading to 1/2" discharge and 1/4" side entry inlet. Self-contained unit, jacket is set up to run hot oil. Complete with temperature control, thermometer, and pump manufactured by WP, model L1LS018C0. Oil heater powered by 3.7 KW, 1-phase, 220 V motor. Jacket rated for 40 PSI. Includes hinged lid, mounted on legs with footpads. Serial number 14940. Last used for nutritional supplement processing and in good working condition.
