Description
Stainless steel peeler, manufactured by Ron Bichel Co. Peeling chamber measures 70" long X 28" wide. Includes eight (8) abrasive rollers measuring 7" diameter X 70" long. Unit includes 20" diameter stainless steel screw conveying portion mounted on 2.5" diameter center shaft. Complete with top-mounted washdown section. Previously used in food operation.
