Stainless steel 5 gallon reactor, rated for 50 psi at 450 degrees to negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit internally, jacketed for 75 psi at 450 degrees to negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit, vessel measures 10" diameter by 16" straight side with bolted top, 2" diameter center bottom outlet with manual ball valve. Top head includes 3-1/2" diameter opening with 2" site glass along with pressure gauge in 1-1/2" diameter connection. Reactor is agitated by Lightnin' type, Serial number 227-1618, flange mounted, driven by two HP, 1725 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60 Hz motor with Reliance Electric A-C VS drive controller Also includes pneumatic ram to completely remove agitation.
