Goodnature FP XT 1500 Stainless Steel Tubular Pasteurizer HTST (High Temperature Short Time) System. Rated for 1,500 gallons per hour, 40 - 70 degrees F incoming temp, 195 degrees F pasteurization temp, max 9.2 lb per gallon product weight, 15-second hold time. Flash Pasteurizer includes 20' long, 316 stainless steel tube-in-tube heat exchanger and Goodnature Skid with 2" diameter coil, 40 gallon balance tank, (2) stainless steel centrifugal pumps, Waukesha Model 060-U3 positive displacement timing pump and Mokon heating system with electrically heated heat exchangers. System is also offered with Temptek Model MA-30 Air-Cooled Glycol Chiller package with glycol tank and Temptek Model TTKC-800-3P Pump Station. Previously used at major beverage processing facility. Includes stainless steel panel with chart recorder (less touch screen controller). Tube set includes Three-Zone set-up with 20' long tubes, 2-1/2" diameter outer tubes and 2" diameter inner tubes; Upper Zone includes (12) tubes, Middle Zone includes (30) tubes & Lower Zone includes (24) tubes.
