Nalbach Model NAF-1000 Stainless-Steel Powder Filler with agitated hopper, serial number M42071/7241. Conical hopper is stainless steel construction and includes vertical auger with 2" diameter discharge, side port for dust collector connection and Robert Shaw level switch. Auger is driven by Unimotor EZ brushless AC Servomotor. Agitator is driven by 1 HP right angle gearmotor. Filler is offered with Nalbach Stainless-steel 10' long belt conveyor, Model ICS 10, serial number 7245. Conveyor includes (2) 1-1/4" wide belts with guide rails set up for 4" wide containers, rails adjustable up to 6" high. Belts driven by 1/2 HP, 230/460V, 1750 RPM motor thru gearbox with 30:1 ratio, 63 output RPM. Conveyor includes stoppers and lifter to raise containers to filling head. System includes touchscreen control panel. Previously filling cans of food grade powder.
