DCI 3,000 liter (793 gallon) 316L stainless steel reactor with agitation, pharmaceutical grade. Vessel measures 68" diameter X 3'7" high, dish top & bottom. Internally rated for 50 PSI / Full Vacuum at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Complete with 2-zone dimpled jacket, rated for150 PSI at 365 degrees Fahrenheit, 165 PSI at minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Complete with top entering agitation, driven by 1 HP, 208-230/460V, 3/60Hz, 1740 RPM with stainless steel worm gear reducer, ratio 5:1, final output 348 RPM. Agitator shaft measures 2-1/2" Diameter X 67" long with (2) 16" diameter Axial Flow PBT propellers. Also includes (4) baffles measuring 5" wide X 4" long. Serial number JS0247B, National Board number 4369. Bottom head includes 2" diameter center outlet. Previously used in pharmaceutical operation. Very good condition.
