Model GT-TA-80-SP, interior dimensions of approximately 40" diameter X 25" deep, jacketed for 45 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Scrape surface agitation driven by Century 1.5/.75 HP, 220V, 3/60 Hz motor thru gear reducer, ratio 90:1, final output 20 RPM. Kettle includes 1.5" diameter top inlet and 1.5" diameter bottom side discharge. Unitized on stand with 3 stainless-steel legs. Serial number and National Board number 26365.
