Stainless steel Double Ribbon Mixer, 150 CF working capacity, polished 304 stainless steel contacts, trough measures 106" long x 53" wide x 58" deep, with mirror interior finish, 8mm shell thickness. Includes 5-3/4" solid stainless steel shaft, 50mm wide x 12mm thick outer ribbon, 75mm wide x 10mm thick inner ribbon. Mixer is driven by 50 HP, 1775 RPM, 208-230/460 V, 3/60 Hz motor through Planet Gear speed reducer, 20.41-to-1 ratio, 86 output RPM, thru chain & sprocket assembly with 16-teeth drive sprocket and 61-teeth mixing shaft sprocket, resulting in 22 ribbon RPM. Mixer has a 10" center bottom discharge. Painted mild steel frame & legs. Previously used in food operation.
