Lee Industries 400-Gallon jacketed agitated kettle, turbine paddle blade agitation with drive., Model 400D. Fully insulated with jacket rated for 90 PSI at 332 to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes bridge-mounted top entering agitation with stainless steel shaft and 4-blade pitched turbine blades and internal baffle. Agitation driven by GE Motors 10 HP, 1750 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz motor. Discharge is approximately 3" diameter from bottom of bowl, with Fluid Transfer Company manual ball valve, tapering discharge to 2" with tri-clamp fitting. Bowl measures 60" diameter X 48" deep. Mounted on stainless steel legs with mild steel footpads. Serial number B9609F. ASME code constructed, National Board number 6052. Previously used in cosmetics application.
