Stainless steel jacketed tank / kettle from Microbrewery, 40-barrel vessel (approximately 1,240 gallon), all stainless-steel construction Top includes dome top with manway. Vessel measures 6' diameter x 7' straight side with cone bottom with 2" diameter center bottom outlet with tri-clamp connection. Top head includes 20" diameter top manway with cover, 2" inlet with tri-clamp connection and 12" center top opening with 1-1/2" inlet for (2) CIP spray balls. Includes jacket connections on bottom and straight side. Last used at microbrewery.
