Stainless Steel Rotary pouch cooler. Rotary drum measures approximately 4' diameter X 6' long, with approximately 3/8" diameter perforations in drum. Includes feed opening and hinged door for removal of pouches. Drum is unitized in stainless steel basin. Includes main drum drive. Also offered with refrigeration compressor and stainless steel plate chiller. Last used at food production kitchen that supplied restaurants.
