Description
Groen 30-gallon agitated, 316 stainless steel kettle, Model N-30. Includes clamp-on style, drive prop-type agitator. Jacket rated for 45 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Kettle measures 24" diameter x 20" deep, complete with hinged lid and dish bottom. Unit has 1.5" center bottom discharge. SHARPE mixer 0.5 HP, 230/460 Volts, 3phasee, 60 Hz, Serial number and National Board Number 108752, New in 1981.
