Reyco Water Removal system, known as the WaterVac System, utilizes a blower to draw a vacuum below an existing mesh belt, all stainless steel construction. Features Twin City Blower, Size 19N6, type TBNS-SW, Arr. 4, Class HP, serial number 06-223781-1-1, driven by an approximately 10 HP motor. The system includes a 6" diameter discharge from the blower connected to 180º stainless steel piping, transitioning through a 16" diameter X 60" long silencer to a 6" diameter pipe with a 90º turn. Additionally, it incorporates a bottom-mounted water basin with a small centrifugal pump to facilitate emptying of the basin. The system comes complete with a control box and disconnect box for operational convenience. Previously used in the bag salad processing and packaging industry.
