Stainless steel crate/tray washer with a 24" x 24" opening and an overall length of 21-1/2'. The washing section spans 16', accommodating (2) 1/2" wide chain link conveyors mounted at 12" center-to-center spacing. It employs a 2-zone washing system with (6) spray nozzle sets in zone-1 and (5) in zone-2, along with a sanitizer spray set near the discharge and an air drying manifold constructed of tube framing. A perforated bed is installed between the chain link belts, and it includes an undermounted collection pan with liquid discharges. The system has (4) access doors on each side of the stainless steel housing and operates with a 2" diameter water feed. Previously used in the bag salad processing and packaging industry.
