The West Model PW500 Pilferproof Capper ROPP (Roll-On Pilfer-Proof) caps onto containers at a rate ranging from 24 to 120 containers per minute, depending on materials, application, and container pocket configuration. It accommodates cap sizes ranging from 11mm to 38mm and container sizes from 21mm to 54mm in diameter and 50mm to 190mm in height with proper change parts. The machine features a 60" long x 2.25" wide mesh belt container conveyor and an 8-pocket star wheel with 3 spinning roller sealing heads for efficient and reliable sealing. The control panel includes on/off and stop buttons, a speed control dial, and it operates at 115 volts, single phase. Mounted on a four-leg base frame with casters.
