APV Crepaco 2,000 Gallon Jacketed & Agitated Processor Tank, measures 7' diameter X 7-1/2' straight side, with a dish top and a sloped bottom leading to a side bottom outlet equipped with a manual ball valve. Jacket is rated for up to 75 PSI at 350º F. The tank incorporates a center top entering agitation system with wide sweep paddle type blades, driven by 1-1/2 HP, 230/460V, 1762/35 RPM, 3/60Hz motor. Includes a top manway with a hinged cover. It is equipped with CIP spray balls. Mounted on pipe legs, it also includes (2) Anderson-Negele AJ-300 chart recorders and an on/off switch for operational control. Manufactured by APV Crepaco, serial number E-1934. Previously used in dairy operation.
