Stainless Steel double ribbon mixer, approximately 35 Cubic Feet Double Ribbon Blender, Model 35 Cu/Ft, 304 stainless construction. Trough measures 30" wide x 78" long x approximately 32" deep, 5"  manual diameter center bottom outlet. Ribbon assembly includes 3-1/2" diameter center shaft,  2" wide x 1/4" thick  inner ribbon, 1-1/2" wide x 3/8" thick outer ribbon, welded to 1" diameter posts. Includes outboard roller bearings, packing glands and  air actuated top hinged cover. Driven by 15 HP 230/460 V, 1750 RPM, 3/60 Hz motor with gear reducer ratio: 20.9 to 1, 84 output RPM to chain & sprocket assembly.  Top includes 3-piece cover, along with (2) top inlets in the two outside lids. Mixer is unitized on stainless steel frame with casters. Previously mixing 600 kg, (1,322 pounds) of powdered supplements.
