Grain Handling System

The system begins with a heavy-duty grain mill with a capacity of approximately 2400 lb/hr. The RAD Model RR200 mill features a 6.5" roller, is powered by a 3 HP explosion-proof motor, and comes with all necessary components including a hopper, motor mount, stand, magnet, boot, and drive pulley. Accompanying the mill is a 30-foot PVC direct drive flex auger system, driven by a 1/2 HP motor, designed to transport the milled grain efficiently.

Brewhouse

The brewhouse itself comprises a 10BBL mash lauter tun, brew kettle, and whirlpool, all constructed from 304 stainless steel with 2B finish. The mash lauter tun supports a grain bed of 10"-14" for optimal extraction and features a conical top and bottom, high-density insulation, and steam dimpled jackets. The brew kettle and whirlpool share similar specifications, including conical tops and bottoms, steam jackets, and insulation for energy efficiency. Additional components include a heat exchanger, oxygenation unit, wort transfer pump, whirlpool pump, cooling transfer pump, hot liquor tank, cold water tank, and serving pumps.

Fermentation and Bright Beer Tanks

The system includes multiple 10BBL fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks. These tanks are designed to handle operating pressures of up to 14.9 psi and feature domed tops, conical or dished bottoms, and high-density insulation. Both tank types are equipped with dimpled glycol jackets for precise temperature control and stainless steel adjustable legs for stability.

Additional Equipment

Supporting the entire brewing process is a gas-fired boiler, rooftop chiller, and associated pumps and piping to ensure efficient operation. The hot liquor tank has a 20BBL capacity, while all components, including platforms, valves, tubing, etc.
