Hayes & Stolz double ribbon mixer, Model HR95XXC, rated for 95 cubic feet working capacity, mixer is constructed with 304 stainless steel contacts. Its dimensions are 120" long X 44" wide X 48" deep. It is equipped with a one-piece hinged cover with a safety grate. The mixer includes a 4" solid stainless steel shaft, with an outer ribbon measuring 1-1/2" wide and 1/2" thick, and an inner ribbon measuring 2 1/2" wide and 1/4" thick. Operating at a ribbon speed of 29 RPM, it is driven by a 30 HP gearhead motor through a roller chain. The mixer features an 8" side bottom discharge and supported by mild steel frame and legs. Serial number 1539900089A. Previously used in cereal manufacturing facility.
