Fischbein Model 400T NS bag sewing system with Model 101 Empress Sewing Head. Tape-over System for applying crepe tape and sewing multi-wall paper bag tops, and infeed system presents bag top to Empress sewing head. Adaptable to semi or fully automatic bagging lines. The Fischbein Model 400T NS is a pedestal mounted tape sewing system designed to close flat or gusseted multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene bags. PLC control package and pneumatic trim collection system enables the 400 TNS to operate in semi or fully automated bagging line. The 400TNS incorporates the Fischbein Empress Series 101 sewing head with its proven self-lubricating design and operates at speeds up to 55 linear feet/minute. The 400T-NS has an adjustable height pedestal with casters, an automated infeed system, pneumatic thread/tape cutter, PLC controlled actuators and a corrosion resistant epoxy painted finish. Optional features include tape contact coder, extended infeed system and the TRS-100 pneumatic trim collection system.
