Description

COMAT mozzarella stretching and moulding system, stainless steel construction with high-temperature Teflon lining. Includes Type M80BI stretching unit and a Type M50B03 moulding and cheese forming unit. System features a curds cutting section with a 13-1/2" diameter x 11" deep Teflon-lined hopper with stainless steel slicing blades. Stretching hopper measures 24" x 18" x 18" deep and includes a perforated drain for liquids. The forming/moulding section includes (2) 6" diameter x 13" long Teflon-lined overlapping screws for product discharge to moulding drums. (4) moulding drums are included, each with various size pockets: 3-1/4" diameter pockets with (6) rows of (2) pockets; 2-1/2" diameter pockets with (10) rows of (2) pockets; 2" diameter pockets with (11) rows of (3) pockets; and 1" diameter pockets with (20) rows of (6) pockets. Stretching unit Type M80BI, serial number 001914, forming unit Type M50B03, serial number 001915. Manufactured in 2015.
