Chester Jensen XP-1 Air Agitated Cooker, approximately 400-gallon capacity, trough measures 73" long X 36" wide X 36" deep and includes (2) removable perforated baskets, each measuring 29" x 28" x 26" deep. All stainless steel construction. Includes dimple jacketed bottom, (2) horizontal pipes for air agitation, and low level overflow fitting. Offered with single piece hinged lid with backrests.
