Hapman Series 400 Helix Flexible Screw Conveyor, 4-inch wide, 12-foot long stainless steel conveyor features a flat wire Helix design and U.H.M.W. polyethylene casing. Includes quick-release T-handle stainless compression couplings and a U.H.M.W. polyethylene inner center core. Its drive/discharge assembly, made of stainless steel, houses a wash-down duty 3 HP motor (208/230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hertz) operating through an inline gear reducer, auger speed of approximately 360 RPM. A 45 degree discharge transition adapter with a 6 inch diameter spout. Additionally includes a 3 cubic foot receiving hopper with a quick-release clean-out cap, support legs, safety bar grate, proximity level sensor, and a stainless steel portable base with casters. The system is controlled via a NEMA 4X enclosure with VFD (Yaskawa V1000 series drive) for variable speed and reversing capabilities.
