Sand wash plant, equipped with AZFAB and Metso components, begins with the AZFAB High-Speed Dual Shaft Durability Attrition Cell (twin 75 Hp motors, 225 TPH), which scrubs the raw sand. The sand is then dewatered using the AZFAB 4'x10' Dewatering Screen (100 TPH) and the AZFAB 3'x8' Dewatering Screen (60-70 TPH), each feeding their respective dewatering modules with towers. The AZFAB 3'x8' Dewatering Module, equipped with a 400/30 Super Cutter Hydrocyclone, processes up to 70 TPH, while the AZFAB 4'x10' Dewatering Module, with a 900/70 Super Cutter Hydrocyclone, handles 90 TPH. Water and fine particles are managed using the AZFAB Sump Tank Skid, Metso MM100 Pump, and various other pumps and motors (5-75 HP). The sand is transported via 24"x30', 24"x50', and 24"x80' Channel Frame Conveyors. The plant’s operations are supported by an electrical cabinet (20 ft FCL), wire, and cable infrastructure.
