ALLOY Products Corp 4-gallon reactor, constructed from 316L stainless steel. The vessel measures 10" diameter X 13" straight side, with a bolt-on dished top and welded bottom. Internally rated for full vacuum/50 PSI @ 350°F, with a minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) of -20°F at 50 PSI and a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 3.4 BAR at 177°C, jacketed for 60 PSI at 350°F. Includes agitation with stainless steel prop-type blade, driven by 250W, 110V, 1620 RPM, 60Hz motor. The top openings include (2) 1-1/2" sanitary, (2) 1" sanitary, and (1) 3" port, bottom head has 1" center bottom outlet. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters. Built in 2011.
