Stainless steel 350mm diameter screw refiner, previously used to refine fish paste for production of surimi. Product feeds through 4" diameter sanitary tri-clamp connection to screw feed area into refining area. Product is auger fed to screening section with __" diameter center shaft including (3) __" long paddles, screen has1/8" diameter perforations. Driven by 30 HP, 1170 RPM, 460-volt, 3/60Hz thru Beier gearbox variator with speed range of 0.27 - 1.08. Previously used to refine fish paste for production of surimi where the fish meat is pushed through the refiner to remove small bones, skins and scales.
