Super Sack Fill Station with (2) Supersack frames including load cells, bulk bag holders, GSE 665 digital scale, bottom platform mounted vibrators, and top framework with stainless steel split pantleg discharges with diverter valves, leading to fill stations. Two load cells included are manufactured by Cardinal Detecto and rated for 10,000 lb. & 5,000 lb. max capacities. Vibrators are Martin Cougar Vibration Solutions model B3-1000-1A-4, including two (2) per platform. The diverter is controlled by the control box, which lets you program your specific loading needs, amd can be set to switch over after a certain weight is attained or can change manually using the control box. Also includes (2) Flexicon-type drives for flexible screw conveyors to each fill station (does not include screw or piping). Previously being fed by animal feed pellets.
