Accutek 6-Head Automatic Overflow Pressure Filler, Constructed with stainless steel, includes six (6) stainless steel fill nozzles capable of filling up to 60 containers per minute, depending on the viscosity of the product. Offered with 10’ long variable speed conveyor and touch screen controls. Operates with air requirements of 2 CFM at 80 to 100 PSI, and electrical requirements of 110V, single-phase, 60 Hz. This system can fill container sizes ranging from 2 ounces to 5 liters with a viscosity range of up to 200 centipoises, and it handles foamy and corrosive products and heated liquids.
