Description
McKenzie Tray-and-Cart Tunnel Dryer, manufactured by Commercial Dehydrator Systems, features 1.3 million BTU burner (natural gas, propane or butane/propane mix), 15 HP circulating fan, digital controls, automated humidity control system. Stainless steel construction with double-wall insulation to prevent heat loss. 3-phase, 240/360/480V power. Capacity rated for 1,595 square feet of drying space. Internal dimensions of drying chamber measure 210" L x 60" W x 74". Dryer is offered with (8) rack carts, each with space for (42) trays, and approximately (300) racks. Each rack measures 41.5" L x 27.5 W x 72" H, each tray measures 40" L x 24" W. Previously used to dry jerky, fruits, vegetables and other food products.
