Petkus Fluidized Bed Dryer Pelletizing and Drying System, designed for biomass processing. The system includes a Petkus DF 090 Fluidized Bed Dryer with a 1,260 mm wide bed and a zig-zag configuration, for uniform drying of wood biomass or similar materials. The drying system is paired with a Donaldson Torit Dust Collector with Fan, equipped with (4) drum discharges, each containing (7) 8" diameter x 60" long filter bags. Buskirk Engineering PM810 Skid Drum Pelletizer includes a hopper with (4) 6" diameter x 5' long augers, feeding the material into the pelletizing section where (2) 4" diameter x 2-1/2" face rollers push the biomass through a perforated screen with approximately 1/8" openings to form pellets. Offered with PETKUS G20 Densimetric Gravity Separator Table measuring 40" wide X 7' long with wire mesh belt. Additional supporting equipment includes belt conveyors, screw feeder, a Fan Equipment Company M-16 blower (20 HP), a Twin City Size 270 blower (15 HP), Kaeser ABT 15, 15 HP air compressor, a transformer, and more.
