Nordberg 13' x 18'8" (4m x 5.7m) rod/ball mill, originally manufactured in 1969 and refurbished in 2016. Serial Number GM 438, it features a single-piece shell, feed and discharge-end trunnions, and liners. The mill includes two trunnion bearing assemblies (plain journal type), a girth gear, and pinion gear operation. An Eaton Fawick 46VC 1200 air clutch, girth gear guard, and lube systems for both trunnion bearings and the girth gear. Powered by a Westinghouse 1500 HP synchronous motor (225 RPM, 60 Hz).
