Description
GE Osmonics DSI Mineral Injection System, single skid design featuring a two-tank batching system and a two-stream blending system for RO water and batched salts. Includes Allen Bradley Control Logix PLC system with a 15" touchscreen HMI. The system is fully automated with real-time trending, production reports, and CIP reports. Constructed from 316L stainless steel with sanitary tri-clamp connections. The batching system consists of (2) 150-gallon stainless steel tanks with vortex flow meters for precise batch water control. The blending system is equipped with an RO water vortex flow meter and batch salt injection for mineral adjustment based on conductivity. The unit is designed for beverage and liquid processing applications requiring precise mineral content and automated control. Fully automatic operation with PLC-controlled batching and blending; Pre-piped for CIP mode with pneumatic actuators and stainless steel butterfly valves; Capable of handling temperatures up to 210°F; All signals are communicated via Ethernet or DH+.
