The system includes automated acid and caustic chemical dosing, sanitary level, flow, pressure, and conductivity sensors, and a 304 stainless steel frame with casters for easy mobility. With Ethernet connectivity, it integrates seamlessly with existing plant systems, and its automated cleaning cycles ensure repeatability while minimizing downtime. Has been used for fewer than 50 cycles.
