Description
AZFAB 4'x10' dewatering system rated for 90–100 TPH concrete sand capacity. The inclined dewatering screen is equipped with rubber-lined side panels, Firestone Marsh Mellow mounts, and dual vibratory motors generating 4,300 lbs of force at 60 Hz. The system includes a tower-mounted AZFAB 400/30 Super Cutter Hydrocyclone with vacuum control, delivering sharp separation and effective fines recovery. Also includes 12" overflow and 10" underflow boots, heavy-duty rubber-lined slurry pump, and steel tower construction. Installed new in 2020 and only ran 2,000–2,500 total tons before shutdown in early 2021.
