AZFAB 3'x8' dewatering and scrubbing system with tower module, rated at 60–70 TPH concrete sand capacity. System includes a 3'x8' dewatering screen, AZFAB 400/30 Super Cutter Hydrocyclone with vacuum control, and a small attrition cell for scrubbing. Includes a Cornell pump, vertical hydrocyclone risers, and structural steel tower. This system was new in 2020, operated lightly, and last ran in 2021 after processing only 2,000–2,500 total tons. Excellent for mid-capacity fine sand cleaning and water recovery.
